摘    要:制备了SiC质量分数为5%、8%,Ce质量分数为0.05%的SiCp/Al复合材料.利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在不同变形温度、变形速率下进行压缩试验,研究了稀土Ce对SiCp/Al复合材料热变形行为的影响.结果表明,SiC质量分数为8%的SiCp/Al复合材料在低温高应变速率条件下发生了动态再结晶.同样条件下,高应变速率的复合材料动态再结晶晶粒比低应变速率下的细小.稀土元素Ce对SiCp/Al复合材料具有明显的强化作用,并且稀土元素Ce能抑制复合材料的动态再结晶.

Abstract:The SiCp/Al composites made both from(mass fraction)5% and 8% of SiC with 0.05% of Ce have been produced.The composites have been compressed on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator with strain rates of 0.01 s-1 and 0.1 s-1 at 350℃ and 450℃ separately in order to study the effect of Ce on hot-deformation of SiCp/Al composites.The results show that SiCp/Al composite with 8% of SiC happened dynamic re-crystallization under low temperature and high strain rate.The re-crystal grains of the composites under high strain rates are finer than that obtained under lower strain rates with the same other conditions.Rare earth Ce can strongly strengthen the SiCp/Al composites and hinder the dynamic re-crystallization of the composite.
