摘    要:介绍了浓香型酒生产副产物酒头、酒尾、黄水、丢糟和甑底水的综合利用方法。酒头酒尾可制成调味酒,经勾兑提高成品酒质量;黄水可灌窖、串蒸,也可做成调香液。(一平)

The Comprehensive Utilization of the By-products in the Production of Luzhou-flavour Liquor
Abstract:The comprehensive utilization of the by-products in the production of Luzhou-flavour liquor,such as head tails, yellow fermentation liquid,distilled grains and the water in the bottom of steamer was sta-ted.Head and tail could be made into flavoured liquor which could improve the liquor quility by blen-ding.Yellow fermentation liquid could be filled into the fermentation pits or the bottom of steamer to distill,or be made into flavoured liquid.
