Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of the by-products in the production of Luzhou-flavour liquor,such as head tails, yellow fermentation liquid,distilled grains and the water in the bottom of steamer was sta-ted.Head and tail could be made into flavoured liquor which could improve the liquor quility by blen-ding.Yellow fermentation liquid could be filled into the fermentation pits or the bottom of steamer to distill,or be made into flavoured liquid. |
