| Abstract: | The principle problems in the traditional distilling technology were studied,and the nature of low efficiency in separating the aromatic substance in the distillation with the traditional steamer was analyzed .On the base of applying the extraction operation,the controllable distillation of Luzhou-flavour liquor has been successfully realized.It was indicated that the controllable distillation technique could greatly increased the rate of high quality liquor in the production. |
