基于PLC的多冲碰撞试验机控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对自主研发的多冲碰撞试验机,以PLC为核心,研制了一套控制系统。该系统通过PLC对液压油路上的电磁阀进行脉宽调制输出控制,使试验机碰撞频率可以方便地从0.0015HZ到10HZ之间调节,实现了对碰撞次数的计数显示以及计数溢出后的停机控制。采用行程开关技术进行碰撞头的下限位控制,成功实现了工件砸飞等试验机工作异常状况保护。

Abstract:A set of control system was researched and developed with PLC as its core for the independently developed repeated impact testing machine.Through PLC to control the output of solenoid valves in hydraulic oil circuit by PWM,the system facilitates the regulation of impact frequency of the testing machine from 0.0015HZ to10HZ,and also achieves the impact count read-out and the auto-stop control upon the count overflow.A limit switch is used as DLS control of the punch,which has successfully prevented the test ...
