摘    要:针对国标对家用电器产品的安全检测要求,提出了一种基于C8051P021微处理器的剩余电压测量系统设计,阐述了测量系统的体系构架,详细介绍了测量系统的硬件电路设计,重点对电压采集回路进行了分析,并给出了整个系统的软件设计流程。该系统具有参数设定、数据采集、数据显示等功能,主要实现对电器产品剩余电压的检测和分析。制作了检测样品并进行测试,实验结果表明,该系统具有实时性强、测量精度高、工作稳定可靠、适用范围广等优点。

Abstract:A Residual Voltage system based on C8051F021 was introduced for the safety testing requirements of household appliances in National Standard. Architecture of the system was described, and hardware circuit was introduced in details, especially anayzed the voltage acquisition circuit, and the design of the whole software was presented. The measurement system, which had the fuction of parameter settings, data collection and data display, mainly realized the detection and analysis of Residual Voltage. Finally, Simulation of plug had been manufactured and measured by the system. Many advantages such as high accuracy and high reliability etc. were shown for the system by practical test.
