输电线路覆冰的危害及防护

摘    要:输电线路覆冰可引起导线舞动、杆塔倾斜、倒塌、断线及绝缘子闪络等问题。要减轻导线覆冰带来的危害,在新建线路时,首先要充分掌握该地区的冰雪情,并仔细研究输电走廊的微气候、微地形,尽量避开重冰区;无法避开时,应在重冰区采取抗冰设计。为加强已有线路的抗冰害能力,应视具体情况区别对待,可增大爬电距离,改善绝缘子伞裙结构,在绝缘子表面涂憎水涂料以及对杆塔横担和绝缘子进行清扫,这些都是解决覆冰绝缘子冰闪的有效方法。最后,简述了应用在输电线路中的除冰技术。

Abstract:Transmission line regelation may cause conductor galloping,pole leaning or collapse,conductor breaking or insulator flashover etc.For relaxing harm caused by conductor regelation,the ice and snow situation at new line site shall be known,and the microclimate and geographic micro-features of line route shall be careful evaluated.The heavy-icing area shall be detoured.In case if it is not possible,the deicing measure shall be considered.For strengthing relegation-resistance ability of a existing line,some effective measure can be adopted such as increasing creepage distance,improving insulator shed profile,hydrophobic coating on insulator surface,and periodic cleaning.Deicing technology was also introduced.
