摘    要:研制文物保护用硅丙材料,使其既具有有机硅树脂耐高温、耐光、透气等性能,又具有丙烯酸酯类树脂的柔韧性、高附着性等性能。使用不同溶剂、同一固化剂的不同含量与W30-50硅丙材料配比,采用FTIR—ATR分析W30-50硅丙材料官能团及加入固化剂后的结构变化特点。通过失重率及傅立叶变换红外光谱跟踪评定其耐光、耐候、耐冻融等老化性能。结果表明,W30-50与固化剂的最佳配比是以二甲苯为溶剂的100:25,具备了文物保护中对封护材料的特殊要求。

Abstract:The study on the material of silicone-acrylate coatings (W30-50) used by stone relics conservation. They have heat-resisting quantity, photo stability, ventilation property, flexility, high adhesiveness, etc.. Hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) in different solvent such as ethyl acetate and xylene. Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) technique was carried out on samples aged to assess the stability of the samples themselves. The eolorimetric measurements, surface hardness and weight loss ratio were measured before and after aging for evaluating its ageing-resisting properties. The results showed that the optimum ratio of W30-50 to the curing agent, HDI was 100 : 25 when xylene is used as solvent. The copolymer gave rise to encouraging performance and also could be cured at room temperature which made it extensively employed as stone preservative for stone substrates.
