摘    要:针对非均质、多油层油藏采用常规的合采工艺层间干扰严重的问题,研制了两层分层同采工艺管柱。这种工艺管柱可根据不同的工艺要求,将管柱设计为分采混出工艺管柱和分采分出工艺管柱,并为关键部件配套研制了分采混出泵、分采分出泵和低坐封力封隔器。现场应用表明,采用该工艺管柱后增油效果明显,实现了两层同采,避免了层间干扰,取得较好应用效果。

Abstract:Aimed at the serious interlayer interference problem in the common commingled production technology in the heterogeneous and multi-layer reservoir, the two-layer separate-layer simultaneous production string is developed. According to different technical demand, this kind of string can be designed as separate-layer production and commingled output string and separate-layer production and separate output string. Moreover, the separate-layer and commingled output pump, separate-layer production and separate output pump and the low-setting force packer are developed. The field application shows that by using the string, the oil incremental effect is obvious, realizing the simultaneous production of two layers, preventing the interlayer interference and achieving good application result.
