摘    要:研究了五相混合式进步电动机在振荡状态下的谐波电磁转矩。通过分析3次谐波电流对谐波电磁转矩的影响,提出了有利于抑制电机中频振荡的相电流波形,并给出了实现方法。实验结果表明,以不同相电流波形驱动的五相式步进电动机同,其中频振荡特性也不同。

Abstract:The harmonic electromagnetic torque of 5 phase hybrid stepping motors during oscillatory operation is investigated. Based on the analysis of effects on harmonic electromagnetic torque due to 3rd harmonic current, a novel phase current profile, aimed to reduce the middle frequency oscillation of the motors, is proposed. Experimental results show that the middle frequency oscillation characteristics of the motor are closely related to the phase current waveforms and the results obtained are well agreed with the theoretical ones.
