南水北调东线山东段垂直联锁混凝土预制块质量控制

针对国内缺乏水工混凝土预制块生产检验标准及垂直联锁混凝土预制块护坡技术的研究偏少的现状,结合山东南水北调一期工程三座平原水库(东湖、双王城和大屯水库)的工程建设实例,从原材料、配合比、混凝土拌和物、生产设备参数、成品养护及产品质量检验控制等方面研究了垂直联锁混凝土预制块控制技术,经实践检验,生产出的混凝土预制块满足抗冻及生产质量要求,对于推进工程建设,保证工程质量意义重大。

For lack of the production inspection standards of hydraulic concrete precast block and the research on the technology of vertical concrete precast block, combined with three plain reservoirs (Donghu, Shuangwangcheng and Datun reservoir) engineering construction in Shandong segment of First-stage of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the vertical interlocking block control technology is studied from aspects of raw materials, mix proportion, concrete mixture, production equipment parameters, product maintenance and product quality inspection and control. Through the practice test, the production of concrete precast block meets the frost resistance and production quality requirements. It is of great significance to promoting the construction of the project and ensuring project quality.
