中亚某难处理金矿选冶工艺研究

摘    要:对中亚某金品位4.35 g/t金矿石进行了选冶联合工艺试验研究。采用氧化焙烧预处理-氰化浸出工艺,在焙烧给料细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、氧化气氛下焙烧120 min,焙砂磨至-0.074 mm粒级占90%,在氰离子浓度0.10%条件下浸出48 h,金浸出率达到86.39%,浸渣金品位0.59 g/t。

Abstract:A combined beneficiation-metallurgical processing technique has been introduced to treat a refractory gold ore grading 4.35 g/t Au from Central Asia. By using a process consisting of pretreatment with oxidizing roasting and cyanide leaching, the feed ore with the size of -0.074 mm 75% is firstly subjected to the roasting in an oxidizing atmosphere for 120 min, and the roasted ore, after being milled to a fineness of -0.074 mm 90%, is then subjected to leaching for 48 h in the solution with the cyanide ion concentration of 0.10%, resulting in gold leaching rate up to 86.39%, with the gold content in the leached residue reduced to 0.59 g/t.
