摘    要:以铜绿山矿井下分段凿岩嗣后充填采场的掏槽爆破为工程背景,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对不同掏槽孔布置方案进行了模拟爆破,通过分析对比不同方案的掏槽爆破效果,得出最优孔径组合为炮孔直径76 mm、空孔直径89 mm,并根据分析结果在铜绿山进行了现场爆破试验,试验结果表明,掏槽区域采用76 mm直径炮孔、89 mm直径空孔的孔径组合能够达到良好的掏槽爆破效果。

Abstract:The cutting blasting in sublevel drilling and subsequent filling stope of Tonglushan Mine was taken as the engineering background in the research, in which different layout schemes of cutting blasthole were simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Based on the comparison and analysis of the effects of different schemes, an optimum aperture combination was obtained. According to the analysis results, an on-site blasting test was performed with the blasthole diameter of 76 mm and hollow blasthole diameter of 89 mm, leading to a good cutting blasting effect.
