摘    要:新疆某氧化铜矿含铜0.84%, 氧化率高达78.81%, 属含泥量高的低品位难选氧化铜矿。为回收利用该矿石资源, 对其进行了选矿工艺条件与工艺流程试验研究。结果表明, 采用硫化浮选法可有效回收该氧化铜矿, 在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75% 的条件下, 以水玻璃作为矿泥分散剂、Na2S作为氧化铜活化剂、戊基黄药+B130+25#黑药作为组合捕收剂、2#油作为起泡剂, 经过二粗三精二扫闭路浮选流程, 最终得到铜品位19.47%、回收率78.19%的铜精矿。

Abstract:A copper oxide ore from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region with a Cu grade of 0.84% and the oxidation rate as high as 78.81%, is a kind of low-grade refractory copper oxide ore with high content of mud. Experimental studies on processing parameters and flowsheet were carried out, for recycling and utilization of such resources. It is found that this copper oxide ore can be effectively beneficiated by sulfurizing flotation. After grinded to a fineness of -0.074 mm 75%, the ore is processed adopting a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of two stages of roughing, three stages of cleaning and two stages of scavenging, with water glass, Na2S, isoamyl xanthate+B130+25# dithiophosphate and 2# oil respectively as slime dispersant, copper oxide activator, a combined collector and frother. A copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 19.47 % and 78.19%, respectively, can be prepared.
