摘    要:箱式浓密机锥斗在底流浓度较高时, 锥斗壁上容易出现物料的粘结, 进而导致锥斗的堵塞, 影响设备的正常使用。针对该问题, 介绍了一种矿接触式振动清除装置, 由振动架对锥斗壁内的粘结物料直接施加作用力, 使物料振动松散后随底流排出, 防止锥斗堵塞。该装置设计巧妙、能耗低, 不会对浓密机箱体结构造成影响, 在不同选矿厂应用后, 浓密机的底流浓度可以达到工艺要求值, 并且可以连续稳定排放, 表明该装置对于消除锥斗物料堵塞具有良好效果。

Abstract:When the underflow concentration is high, materials will prone to adhering on the cone wall of the box-type thickener, which leads to blockage of the cone and results in malfunction of the thickener. In view of this problem, an ore-contacting vibration device was introduced. The vibration bracket directly exerts force on the slime adhering on cone wall, which can loosen the slime and ensure it discharged along with the underflow. Therefore, the blocking can be prevented. This ingeniously designed device with low energy consumption does not affect the box structure of the thickener. When this device is applied to different concentrators, the underflow concentration of the thickener can meet the processing requirement and can be discharged continuously and stably, indicating that the device has a positive effect on eliminating the material blockage in the cone.
