车灯清洗器喷嘴内流体流动的CFD分析

摘    要:在建立了某车灯清洗器喷嘴内部流动的三维CFD计算模型之后,对该喷嘴内部的三维流动进行了数值模拟分析,分析了喷嘴旋芯结构参数对喷嘴的压力、出口速度等的影响。分析结果为喷嘴结构的设计提供了重要的参考依据,从而可以减少大量的实验操作。

Abstract:Three-dimension calculation model of the flow field in swirl atomizer of headlamp cleaner is set up.Simulation analysis of fluid flow in the nozzle is carried out in order to investigate the flow characteristics,such as the velocity field,the atomization angle,the pressure distribution and so on.The results are very useful for the design of nozzle and are helpful for reducing the experimental operation.
