简支薄壁钢箱梁的畸变效应研究

摘    要:薄壁钢箱梁抗弯刚度和抗扭刚度大、安装养护方便、轻巧美观,在公路交通中广泛应用。而钢箱梁壁厚较薄,因此钢箱梁的畸变效应研究变得比较重要,此前多数文献仅就横隔板的设置对钢箱梁的畸变效应进行过研究,而对钢箱梁的其他几何特征参数对钢箱梁畸变效应影响的研究很少。通过有限元软件就简支钢箱梁采用壳单元分析其畸变效应,发现除跨中设置的横隔板对箱梁效应明显外,箱梁的宽高比及箱梁顶板与腹板的夹角对箱梁的畸变效应也很明显。

Distortion effect of simply-supported thin-wall steel box girder
Abstract:The thin-walled steel box girder is widely used in road traffic for its merits such as largest bending stiffness and torsional rigisity,easy to install and maintenance and lightweight.So the research for distort effect of steel box girder becomes more important.In recent,the distort effects of diaphragm on steel box girder was studied in the majority of literature,while the study for distort effect of the other geometric characteristic parameters at steel box girder is rare.Therefore,this article has studied the distort effect by analyzing the finite element model with a series of geometric characteristic parameters.The results show that the distort effects of steel box girder was obviously affected by depth-width ratio and the angle between the roof and web.
