摘    要:采用纤维素酶与超声波协同对混合办公废纸进行脱墨探索,实验结果表明,酶法脱墨的较佳工艺条件为纤维素酶处理温度50℃,纤维素酶用量为1.5IU/g,纤维素酶处理浆浓5%,纤维素酶处理时间60min,表面活性剂用量为0.05%,酶处理PH值为5.5,浮选时间15~20min,浮选浓度1%。超声波脱墨的较佳工艺条件为超声波频率...

Abstract:In this paper, deinking of MOW with cellulase treatment in cooperation with ultrasonic wave were studied. Results indicated the conditions including temperature 50℃, the amount of cellulase 1.5IU/g, pulping consistency 5 %, the time of enzymes act on pulp 60minutes, the amount of surfactant 0.05 %, pH5.5, the time of flotation 15minutes-20minutes, the pulping consistency of flotation 1% were optimized for cellulase deinking. And it also including frequency 20 kHz, temperature 40℃, pulping consistency 4% ,the time of treatment 4~5 minutes. Furthermore, the deinking pulps have higher whiteness and higher strength, the whiteness is more 4%ISO than the blank sample.
