摘    要:本文介绍1款在我公司伺服驱动器上使用的泵能泄放单元的工作原理,并提出改进后的泄放电路.结合实验结果,分析泵能泄放单元的驱动波形与IGBT开关速度的关系,得出了只要在IGBT的驱动波形的上升/下降速率达到开启电压前保证一致,则在开启电压之后的驱动波形的上升/下降速率对IGBT的开关速度并无明显影响,并对两种泵能泄放驱动单...

Abstract:This article introduces the working principle of one type of pump energy discharge unit which is used in the servo driver in our compamy,and gives the improved discharge circuit.Based on the experimental results,analyses the relationship between the discharge unit's driving waveform and the IGBT's switching speed,gets the conclution that as long as guarantee the rising/decling rate of the IGBT's driving waveform synchronous before reaches the threshold voltage of the IGBT,and the rising/decling rate of the ...
