Abstract:To realize the automation welding production assignments is an important means and effective way, it ensures stable and reliable of welding quality and meanwhile reduces the labor intensity. A plasma arc welding control system is developed based on research situation of plasma arc welding technology,based on using CJ1M-CPU21 PLC as control core, combining with PC technology, motion control technology and automation configuration software technology. Operation indicates that the weld shape curve complies with specification, and has a certain flexibility and adaptability of multiple forms of motion welding is high efficiency and control system runs reliably and control accurately. It realizes the automation control of plasma arc welding system. It also satisfies the production requirement.
