基于DSP的粗丝大功率气体保护焊电源的研制

摘    要:通过将软开关技术、DSP技术、CAN总线通信技术以及嵌入式实时操作系统等有机地结合,设计了具有通信功能和焊接专家系统的大功率电源,并着重介绍了电源软开关电路拓扑结构的选择、高可靠性CAN总线通信接口的设计以及焊接专家系统的设计.最后给出了利用自行研制的电源监控分析系统获得的电源外特性曲线,表明所研制的粗丝大功率气体保护焊电源满足了设计要求.
