35CrNi3MoV钢组织遗传消除工艺研究

摘    要:通过试验研究了两种预备热处理工艺——两次高温正火工艺和临界区高温侧正火工艺以及最终热处理工艺对消除35CrNi3MoV钢组织遗传效果的影响。研究结果表明,两种预备热处理都有良好的消除组织遗传、细化晶粒的效果,最终热处理后,晶粒进一步细化。

Abstract:Two preheat -treatment technology, the two times of high temperature normalizing technology and the critical region of high temperature side normalizing technology have been researched through the test, and the effect of final heat treatment technology on eliminating the heredity of the 35CrNi3MoV steel structure as well. Tile research re- sult shows that, these two preheat - treatment could get the good result on eliminating the structure heredity and refining grain. After the final heat treatment, the grain would be further refined.
