凹面齿圆柱蜗杆磨齿干涉的预报模型

摘    要:磨齿的凹面齿圆柱蜗杆的齿面是由砂轮表面按包络原理形成的。在一定的砂轮直径及安装参数下磨齿时砂轮和蜗杆的齿面将产生干涉,致使蜗杆齿面发生过切。为了计算出各种参数对干涉的影响,建立了检验这种干涉的数学模型,用以求出不产生干涉的各种临界参数和砂轮直径。

Abstract:The tooth surface of the cylindrical worm with concave tooth surface is generated by grinding wheel surface according to the enveloping principle.The interference between the tooth surface of the worm and the grinding wheel will occur under certain conditions of grinding wheel diameter and setting parameters,which will lead to the overcut of the tooth surface.In order to estimate the influence of various parameters on the interference,a mathematical model for checking the interference is developed.With the help of the model the critical parameters and grinding wheel diameter without interference can be found.
