高效导流体喷头理论分析

摘    要:在高压水射流清洗设备中 ,射流喷头是关键部件 .为了提高喷头的喷射效率 ,提出了一种带有导流体的射流喷头 .由于喷头中有了导流体 ,避免了涡流的产生与剪切层的分离 ,从而大幅度地减少了喷头的能量损失 .文中对这种新型导流体喷头进行了理论分析与实验研究 .由实验室研究与现场清洗作业得到的结果表明 ,与没有导流体的喷头相比 ,这种新型导流体喷头具有更高的能量效率 .

Abstract:Thehigh-pressure water jet cleaning technique has been growing in app lication. The jetnozzle is a key component in the complete sets of high-pressur e water jet cleaningequipment. In order to enhance the jetting efficiency of th e jet nozzle, a new type ofjet nozzle with flow deflector is proposed in this p aper. In the presence of the flowdeflector, the generating of the vortices and the separating of the shear layer areavoided thereby the energy loss of the jet nozzle is reduced considerably. The theoreticalanalyses and experimental study are carried out. The obtained results indicate that thejet nozzle with flow de flector is highly efficient in cleaning operation. Both lab testsand on-site ap plication demonstrate that the jetting efficiency of the jet nozzle withflow de flector is much higher than that of the nozzle without flow deflector. And the information acquired in this study is expected to be useful in the design of the jet nozzlefor developing highpressure water jet cleaning equipment.
