SAFT成像技术在棒材超声成像检测中的应用

摘    要:以变形钛合金棒材为检测对象,将超声合成孔径聚焦技术(SAFT)算法进行适当的改进,使其适合棒材检测。对棒材试块进行SAFT成像和B扫描成像,通过比较,发现SAFT成像能够增强缺陷信号,提高检测灵敏度。

Abstract:The advanced SAFT imaging technique is used for inspecting wrought titanium alloy rod with ultrasonic,and the SAFT technique is improved to make it suitable for the rod inspection.Both SAFT images and B-scan images of the testing rod are rebuilt.Comparing the SAFT imaging and B-scan technique,it shows that the SAFT imaging technique can enhance the flaw signal and increase the inspecting sensibility.
