| Abstract: | In this thesis, the object of risk early-warning is total life cycle of project. Early warning of risk is expounded in theory. Risk intensity is defined in detail. The frame of risk early-warning is founded. Indicator system of risk early-warning is primarily founded. Construction of early warning-system is a dynamic perfect process. |
