高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式改革探索——以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院为例

如何改革传统人才培养模式，培养出符合社会需求的高素质技能型人才，是当前高职教育教学改革中的焦点和难点。应以酒店管理专业为突破口，进行人才培养模式的创新，探索新型酒店管理专业高素质技能型人才培养的新模式。

Exploration on Reform of Talents Cultivation Mode in Hotel Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Qingdao Hotel Management College as an Example

In the current teaching reform of higher vocational education, the focus and difficulty is how to reform the traditional mode of talent traking and to cultivate high-quality and skillful talents who could meet the needs of the society. Based on a case study of Hotel Management Specialty, this paper makes an innovation of the mode of talent training, and explores a new mode of training skilled talents with high-quality in Hotel Management Specialty.
