| 摘 要： | 培养应用型创新人才是高职教育的重要任务，而创新思维是创新人才的核心要素。教学决策决定教学效果，高职院校教师在教学理念、教学计划、教学目标、教学模式、教学内容等决策上应以培养学生创新思维为目标，把立足于创新思维培养的各项教学决策实施到教学过程中。

| Abstract: | Cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents is an important task of higher vocational education. And creative thinking is the core element for innovative talents. Teaching effect depends on teaching decision-making, so teachers should aim at cultivating students＇ creative thinking in teaching ideas, teaching plans, teaching goals, teaching modes, teaching contents etc, and put each teaching decision based on cultivating creative thinking into teaching process. |
