分层控制在微网中的应用研究

摘    要:针对微网的特点提出了一种分层控制方法,通过弱通信通道来实现上层对下层的控制,该控制方法兼有分散控制和集中控制的特点,可以提高微网的智能性和灵活性。提出的分层控制主要包括三层:基于下垂控制理论的初级控制,对初级控制产生的偏差进行调节恢复的次级控制和负责管理微网与外部配电系统之间联接的三级控制。通过对某个微网系统的分层控制实验,验证了分层控制方法能较好地实现对微网的控制,证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel hierarchical control for microgrids is proposed. This control method not only has a certain degree of decentralization but also keeps a degree of centralization through the weak communication channel to realize the control to the lower level layer, which can improve the intelligence and flexibility of the Microgrid. The hierarchical control mainly consists of three control levels: the primary control based on the droop method; the secondary control which allows restoring the deviation produced by the primary control; and the tertiary control which manages the power flow between the microgrid and the external electrical distribution system. Experimental results provided show feasibility and correctness of the hierarchical control method.
