| 摘 要： | 针对传统定位与监控系统成本较高和不够便捷的缺点,采用C/S架构,结合Oracle数据库和Google Maps技术,在Android手机平台下设计并实现了一个方便、实时的人员定位与监控系统.测试结果表明,该系统能够在合法的前提下用Android手机实时准确地进行多人监控,同时又具备记录轨迹、移动距离计算等功能.
