| Abstract: | The hardware structure,characteristic and usage of LCD module based on T6963C controller are presented.The hardware interface circuit between the MCU and the LCD module is introduced.The function and features of the status word and instruction set of T6963C are described.The display techniques for characters and Chinese characters used in LCD module based on T6963C controller working in graphic display mode are explicated in the paper. |
