IRIG-B码终端中闰秒时间的处理

摘    要:闰秒的出现打破了每分钟60 s的时间运行规律,航天测控和弹道测控时频分系统的IRIG-B码终端需要适应闰秒对时间的调整,以此满足测控系统的需要。文中利用介绍的时间信息处理及闰秒处理方法,改造后的IRIG-B码终端能够适应闰秒对时间的调整,实现测控站间的时间统一。对在研的IRIG-B码终端设备,采用模拟不同的外部基准条件下进行闰秒,验证了终端对闰秒的适应能力,针对不同基准能够灵活、方便地进行闰秒。

Abstract:The leap second violates the rule of 60 seconds per minute.The aerospace monitoring and trajectory control,time-frequency subsystem IRIG-B code terminal needs to adapt to the leap second time adjustment in order to meet the needs of the monitoring and control system.A method for time information and leap second processing is proposed,by which the IRIG-B code terminal is able to adapt to the leap second time to achieve the unity of time between the monitoring stations.Different external reference conditions for leap seconds on IRIG-B code terminal equipment are simulated,which verifies that the terminal has good adaptability to leap seconds with easy and flexibility adjustment on different bases.
