黄连木油的提取及其制备生物柴油的研究

摘    要:研究了黄连木油的提取条件和以黄连木油制备生物柴油的工艺.结果表明:油提取最佳条件:石油醚体积与种籽质量比5:1,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为70℃,黄连木得油率为31.8%;应用L9(34)正交试验得出黄连木油酯交换反应的最佳条件为:油醇物质的量比1:6、催化剂用量为油质量的1.2%、反应时间2 h、反应温度60℃,转化率为96.0%.并对生物柴油性能指标进行了检测,它与0#柴油的主要性能指标相接近,它是一种理想的0#柴油的替代品.

Abstract:The aim of this work is to explore the extraction conditions of Pistacia chinensis bunge oil and to optimize the technological parameters for preparing biodiesel. Results: The proper conditions of extracting the oil are ratio of petroleum ether volume to seed mass 5 : 1, reaction time 2 h, and reaction temperature 70 ℃. The oil yield is 31.8 %.The optimum conditions of transesterification with Pistacia ehinensis bunge oil obtained by L9 (34) orthogonal experiments are as follows: mass ratio of oil to methanol 1:6, catalyst dose 1.2%, reaction time 2 h, and reaction temperature 60 ℃.The conversion rate is 96.0 %. The performance index values of the produced biodiesel are close to No. 0 diesel, so it is an ideal substitution to No. 0 diesel.
