碳含量和合金元素对白口铸铁锻造性能影响的研究(兼与汪克飞同志商榷)

摘    要:文章分析讨论了汪克飞同志提出的白口铸铁锻造性能比较指标应用中的不妥之处,设计了单因素试验,研究了碳含量和合金元素对白口铸铁锻造性能的影响。结果表明,碳含量增加使白口铸铁的锻造性能单调下降;合金元素Mn、Si有使锻造性能恶化的作用,而Cr则有改善锻造性能的作用。

Abstract:The comparison target of forging properties of white cast iron advanced by Wang Kefei is discussed, the influence of carbon content and alloy elements on forging properties of white cast iron is studied with a single factor experiment. The results showed that the target of forging properties of white iron clecrease monotonously with increasing carbon content, and that the alloy elements Mn and Si decreases the target, but Cr increase it.
