硅热炼镁还原炉的用能分析与节能措施探讨

摘    要:对我国硅热法炼镁还原炉的用能状况进行了计算分析。研究表明:硅热法炼镁还原炉的热利用率和生产率都非常低。制约还原炉热利用率和生产率提高的主要因素包括燃料及燃烧方式、炉型结构、还原罐的密度与排布方式、装出料方式及装置、余热利用措施等。本文最后还对此提出了一些具体的节能措施。

Abstract:An analysis and a calculation have been made on the thermal process of magnesium reducing furnace using Si-based reducing.It is known that both the thermal efficiency and the productivity are unbelievably low in the reducing furnace.The main factors which constrain the thermal efficiency and productivity are as follow:clean fuel and combustion organization,reasonable furnace configuration,setting-up of the reducing jar,convenient charge and discharge apparatus,waste heat recovery etc.Some detailed measures are propose to make higher both the thermal efficiency and productivity of reducing furnace.
