摘    要:金属磁记忆检测技术是对设备进行早期诊断,防止设备突发性疲劳破坏的一种无损检测新技术,这里从磁记忆检测的基础理论入手,分析了铁磁体的基本特性和与磁记忆有关的铁磁体的各种能量,得出磁场畸变的根本原因是应力作用下铁磁体磁弹性能的增加造成的。通过对构件动态磁参数的测量,能够发现应力集中区,实现对构件及设备的早期诊断。

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory testing technique is a kind of new nondestructive testing technique, which can diagnose equipment timely to prevent unexpected fatigue destruction. This paper analyses the basic characteristic of ferromagnetic and its energy related to magnetic memory from the fundamental theory of magnetic memory testing, which indicates that the main reason for magnetic field aberration is due to the increase of magnetoelasticity of ferromagnetic. The stress raiser can be found through the measurement of dynamic magnetic parameters of components so that the diagnosis to components and equipment is implemented timely.
