| 摘 要： | 研究了用淀粉干法合成阳离子淀粉过程中，淀粉的含水量、碱催化剂的加入量、醚化剂的用量对醚化取代度的影响，以及醚化温度、反应时间对取代度及反应效率的影响，并确定了干法合成阳离子淀粉的最佳条件。

| Abstract: | Dry method for synthesis of cationic starch is introduced. Effects of moisture content of starch, quantity of alkali catalyst and etherifying agent on replace, that of reaction time and temperature on replace degree and reaction efficiency are studied. The optimal reaction condition of dry preparation cationic starch is confirm. |
