Study on the method and mechanism of size effect of rock strength |

| Abstract: | Size effect of rock strength is discussed and four different methods for studying this kind of phenomenon is summarized,the disadvantages of each kind of method is pointed out,and its mechanism is also discussed.The development direction of the method for studying size effect of rock strength is described. |
