摘    要:由于目前国内没有的脱硝系统设计规范,脱硝系统的设计中对还原剂耗量的计算存在较多的偏差。本文对锅炉烟气排放中氮氧化物的构成及含量计算上的一些错误理解进行了澄清,并提出了脱硝系统进口NO和NO_2的计算方法,这是计算还原剂耗量的重要边界条件。通过对选择性催化还原法(SCR)、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)及SNCR/SCR混和法等脱硝方法的原理分析,提出了采用无水液氨或尿素作为还原剂的耗量计算公式。

Abstract:Since no Power Plant DeNOx system design code has been published yet in China,there are some faults in reagent consumption calculation.This paper clarifies some misunderstandings of the composition,as well as the amount of NOx emission at furnace outlet and to the atmosphere and submits the calculation method of the amount of NO and NO2 at DeNOx system inlet,which is an important boundary condition to calculating reagent consumption. Formulas for the consumption of reagent such as ammonia or urea are bought up in Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) system,Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR) system and Hybrid SNCR/SCR system respectively by studying chemical principle of such DeNOx systems.
