摘    要:针对煤直接液化工程的特点,对液化煤和储煤筒仓、室内圆形料场、带式输送机等煤储运设施的火灾危险因素进行了研究,并提出了相应的防范措施,为相关规范的制订提供技术依据。储煤筒仓及室内圆形料场应注意监测煤层内部温度、可燃气体浓度、一氧化碳浓度,控制储煤时间。带式输送机应减少转运环节,设置报警装置。

Abstract:The fire danger of coal for liquescence, coal silo, rotundity indoor store ground and belt conveyor were analyzed according to the characters of coal liquescence project. The countermeasures were put forward. The research could be the reference to the constitution or modification of relative Code. The inside temperature of coal, concentration of flammable gas, concentration of CO and time of coal deposition in coal silo or rotundity indoor store ground should be inspected.
