电力施工企业工程索赔问题的研究

针对电力施工企业在合同实施过程中，建设项目的主、客观条件发生变化，出现与原合同不一致而导致施工企业实际工程费用增加、工期延长，甚至造成损失，提出了一种补偿办法，即索赔。阐述了索赔的起因、影响索赔成功的因素和索赔处理过程，通过案例分析，认为施工单位必须加强索赔管理，以便最大限度地挽回损失。

Study of engineering claims in power construction enterprises

In contract enforcement, the changed subjective, objective conditions which discord with the original ones lead to the increase of construction cost, delay of construction period and even serious loss. This paper, aiming to solve the problems mentioned above, puts forward a way of compensation - claim. Reasons causing claims, elements determining success of claims and claim process are expounded. Through case analysis, it is believed that construction enterprises are obliged to strengthen claim management in order to recoup losses as much as possible.
