芳砜纶阻燃纱线设计

摘    要:将芳砜纶纤维分别与高强涤纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维按照不同比例混纺,测试混纺纱的强伸性能、外观质量和阻燃性。结果表明:芳砜纶/高强涤纶混纺纱中芳砜纶强力的临界混纺比为92.3%。随着高强涤纶比例的增加,混纺纱的断裂强力增加,断裂伸长率降低,条干不匀率及毛羽指数减少,阻燃性能下降且出现熔融现象。芳砜纶/阻燃粘胶混纺纱中阻燃粘胶强力的临界混纺比为73.8%。随着阻燃粘胶比例的增加,混纺纱的断裂强力及断裂伸长率降低,条干和毛羽有所改善,阻燃性能下降。

Abstract:Polysulfonamide/high tenacity polyester and polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose blended yarns were produced and the properties of the yarns were tested.It could be found that the critical blending ratio of polysulfonamide/high tenacity polyester was 92.3%.The increase of high tenacity polyester fibre would result in the enhancing of the yarn strength,decrease of the yarn elongation and improvement of the yarn evenness and hairiness as well as the reduction of the fabric flammability with melting phenomenon.The critical blending ratio of polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose blended yarn was 73.8%.The increase of fire-retardant viscose fibre could cause the reduction of yarn strength and elongation and the improvement of the yarn evenness and hairiness as well as the decline of the fabric flammability.
