摘    要:运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立一种测定白兰地中鞣花酸含量的方法,该方法简单快速,准确性和稳定性好。通过测定发现,不同品质的白兰地中鞣花酸含量不同。该研究也为进口白兰地的品质和酒龄鉴定提供一种可行的方法。

Abstract:HPLC was applied to determine ellagic acid content in brandy and such method was simple and rapid with high accuracy and high stability.Through the determination of ellagic acid content in brandy,it was found that ellagic acid content in brandy of different quality was also different.Accordingly,this research had provided a feasible method for the identification of the quality and the age of imported brandy.
