塔式起重机液压顶升系统故障机理研究及防治

摘    要:本文对塔式起重机液压顶升系统常出现的故障机理及防治方法进行综合研究。 液压顶升系统(以下简称系统)液压元件磨损和密封件失效使系统产生超量内泄漏便是系统出现故障的主要原因。减少固体颗粒对液压油的污染,防止液压冲击和系统发热是防止和减少系统故障行之有效的方法。

Abstract:The defect mechanism and precaution of hydraulic jacking system are carried out and presented in this paper. The main reason for the defects is that the over leakage is produced in the system because the hydraulic components are worn down and the seals are failed. The effective method preventing and reducing the defects is to decrease the solid particles for the pollution of hydraulic oil and to avoid the impact and overhead of system.
