| 摘 要： | 介绍了新一代炉卷轧机的最新发展情况及工艺特点,阐述了用炉卷轧机生产高强韧管线钢的生产技术,包括合金化设计、纯净钢冶炼连铸及热机械轧制 加速冷却(TMCP ACC)工艺,并展望了该生产技术在国内的采用和推广趋势.

| Abstract: | The recent development and technical feature of latest Steckel mill were briefly introduced and the production process of high strength and toughness pipeline steel produced by Steckel mill was explained,which includes alloying design,purification of steel,continuous casting,thermo-mechanical control process and on-line accelerated cooling process(TMCP+ACC).The popularization of this new production technology in China was discussed. |
