摘    要:本文通过三种方法合成硫代亚磷酸锰,即高温固相法、室温固相法、溶液法,分析并比较不同方法得到的硫代亚磷酸锰的性能。通过XRD测试证明,室温固相法合成硫代亚磷酸锰时反应是按照理论预计的反应方程式进行.而且得到的硫代亚磷酸锰的结构与高温固相法合成的硫代亚磷酸锰基本相同。室温固相法合成硫代亚磷酸锰的优点是反应时间短、能耗低、可以批量制备。

Abstract:The synthesis and differences of Mn2P2S6 particles by three methods(High Temperature Process,Room Temperature Solid-state method,Solution Approach) were performed.It was shown from the XRD patterns,the layered material Mn2P2S6 was obtained in room temperature by the solid-state method,and the crystalline form was nearly the same as that in the high temperature process.The Room Temperature Solid-state method has the advantages of short reaction time,low energy consumption and capable of commercial production.
