一种新型Ka频段功率合成器的设计

摘    要:功率合成是获得大功率输出的一项重要技术。当单个器件输出功率受限时,要提高系统的输出功率,功率合成技术是一种有效解决此问题的方法。创新地提出了一种新型的3dB功率合成结构。这种新型结构避免了现有功率合成网络的许多缺点,既保持了较好的3dB功率分配又提高了两输出支路的隔离度。用这样的结构来研制功率放大器可以大大地提高其工作的稳定性和可靠性,能够对昂贵、脆弱的功率MMIC起到保护作用。

Abstract:Power combining technology is an important method to obtain high power output. It is an effective solution for greater output power, when restricted by the output of single device. The paper presents a novel 3 dB power combiner. The new type of 3 dB power combiner avoids many disadvantages of the power combiners in existence. Not only the 3 dB power discerption is almost ideal but also the two output ports have good isolation performance. With the novel power combiner, power amplifier will work in high stability with good performance. In addition, it can protect the valuable power MMIC.
