| 摘 要： | 为了研究梳棉机盖板速度对梳理效果的影响,分析了近30多年来梳棉机高产化进程中盖板速度的变化情况,对当代高产梳棉机实际生产中盖板速度与20世纪80年代中期梳棉机盖板实际速度进行了对比,并提出了选择盖板速度的原则及选择范围.表明:随着梳棉机产量提高,盖板速度也随之增加,但没有产量增加的幅度大,盖板速度增加的原因是原棉质量下降和梳棉机产量增加及工作区盖板数量的减少;盖板速度选择要根据系统原则,理论上不超过400 mm/min.

| Abstract: | To research influence of flat speed on carding effect, change of flat speed of high production carding machine in near 30 years were analyzed, and flat speed of modern high production carding machine were compared with that of carding machine in 1980s, and the choice principle and choice range of fiat speed was proposed. The test shows that fiat speed is increased with the increase of carding machine output, but the increase of fiat speed is lower than that of output, The increase reason of flat speed is the reducing of raw cotton quality and increase of carding machine output and reducing of flat number in working zone, Choice of flat speed should according to the system principle, and it can not exceed 400 mm/min in theory, |
