摘    要:结合松柏小学扩建工程综合楼静压混凝土管桩施工,从施工准备、压桩工艺流程、压桩及接桩成桩质量等方面进行了探讨,并进行了静载试桩检验和低应变动测,总结了PHC管桩的优缺点,以推广管桩的应用。

Abstract:Combined with the construction work of static-pressure prestressed concrete pipe-pile in expansion project of building complex in Songbai primary school, from preparation work, pile pressing process, pile connecting, piling quality and other aspects practical construction technology is introduced. Static test and low strain dynamic test are also carried out. In the end the advantages and disadvantages of PHC pipepile are summarized in order to promote its engineering application.
