钢包顶渣中的碱度和碳含量对钢液氮含量的影响

摘    要:选用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系碱性渣作为基础渣系,通过改变钢包顶渣的碱度及碳含量,研究了钢液中氮含量的变化规律.结果表明,渣中的碱度和碳含量对钢液氮含量都有一定的影响.

Abstract:In order to study the changing rules of nitrogen content in liquid steel, the basic slag system of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 is chosen as basic ingredient in experiment, the experiment was performed on the basis of changing basicity and changing carbon content of ladle slag. The findings show the basicity and carbon content of ladle slag have certain effect on nitrogen content in molten steel.
