高压装置应力腐蚀失效分析及防护

摘    要:针对高压装置E408I换热器频繁泄漏问题,结合生产工况对换热管进行了腐蚀失效分析,通过专业检测分析手段,结合高压装置特定的运行条件,指出了产生管束应力腐蚀开裂的条件因素,同时从材料方面分析了更新后设备故障率更高的因素之一。该分析结果及建议在相似工艺条件下,已运行换热器及更新换热器的管束应力腐蚀的防护方面,具有一定的借签作用。

Abstract:Corrosion failure analyses were carried out on heat-exchange tubes according to running conditions for the frequent-leaking problem of high-pressure heat exchanger E408I. It was pointed out about the conditions that bring stress corrosion crack by professional detctions and analyses according to specific running conditions.At the same time one reason was analysed for more failure rate after devices update. The results and suggestions have good reference for prevention of stress corrosion of tube bundle for heat exchanger running under the similar conditions and for heat exchanger updated.
